How do i know?

I started bleeding again today, but im not sure if its my period or if i just bleeding because of the miscarriage. I really havent bled all that much, i starting spotting/bleeding for a week when i first started/found out i was miscarring, then it stopped for 3-4 weeks, then i bled again for another week, then it stopped for a week and now it started again, cramps have been very minimal less painful than my period cramps. How do i know for sure?
