So question just to make sure I'm not crazy. So for the last 3 months my periods been super light. I mean it has one heavy day and that's it back to light again. My period last 5 days. I'm thinking it could be because I work a lot I have 3 jobs ( I'm a teachers aid at a day care , a dance teacher and part of a dance company.) So my question is can that be the reason why????? Just curious
