What is your favorite form of birth control?

I've been off hormonal birth control for almost a year now for medical reasons, so I'm back to using condoms. However, recently I found VCF (vaginal contraceptive film) in target and thought I'd give that a try. Just curious as to what everyone else uses.

I have learned after many years of being on the pill, how to keep own my body by feeling when I'm ovulating. I love that all I have to do is just check myself or have my partner check me and we both know when he can or should cum inside me. It's the most natural and I'm not filled with chemicals from the pill or other contraceptives. 
While on the pill, I had no libido and I just thought that I was just frigid. It cause marital problems and I was desperate to find out what the solution was. Once I started tracking temp with a basel thermometer, learning how to feel for ovulation, and  also the chemicals leaving my body, I was ready for fun. Anyway I have been doing this method for almost 5 years. I used it last to get pregnant and now to avoid pregnancy. So I know it works. Well at least for me.

I've been using a diaphragm with spermicide for about a month now and it's my favorite so far. I usually got a burning feeling when I used spermicide alone or with condoms, but with the diaphragm I don't get that.
My second favorite would be female/internal condoms, no worries about slippage or anything like that. They also feel better for my partner and I than regular condoms.
Out of hormonal BC, I haven't used many but I preferred the pill over Depo by far, even though I hated taking pills daily. Haven't had a period since I got off of Depo in October..

Personally I enjoy non hormonal birth controls over hormonal. But because I was diagnosed with PCOS I have to be on birth control, my husband also use condoms along with my pills just to be safe.

Abstinence lol no but in all seriousness I've had really bad experiences with birth control with the exception of the Nuva ring when I first got it but after awhile I started getting reoccurring yeast infections doctors tried to say it wasnt the bc but as soon as I stopped using it I was fine. With the mirena mine started migrating and implanting elsewhere and it was painful. I'm horrible at remembering to take pills so that didn't work. Now I'm currently 25wks 1 day pregnant after getting pregnant with the implant lol so from now on I'll just stick with latex free condoms if I have sex but I'll probably just be celibate for the time being since my baby's father left when I wouldn't get an abortion.
