morning sickness and a cold 😞

8w2d today. Doctor said this is probably the peak of my morning sickness and now I'm also battling a cold! I want to puke and I can't breath!! My whole face hurts and all I want to do is sleep. This is terrrible 😭. Also people keep offering me medicine because they don't know I'm pregnant yet. Rant done.
