cervix feels bumpy for the first time ever.

Ive heard of cysts on the cervix. I'm worried that I have that. I felt two bumps, pimple like (i think). Will call my obgyn for appt. but also looking for some insight. They appeared yesterday. Never felt them before and I'm in the habit of checking my cm. Does this sound similar to what cysts feel like? Do cysts cause any side effects? Pink CM or bleeding during intercourse? Please share if you've experienced this..?
