fertile cm

So I had fertile cm on cycle day 14 so I assumed I was ovulating as normal. Now it's 4 days later and it looks like I have fertile cm again. I am very confused. I did not use any OPKs because it was getting to expensive and stressful. My husband and I just decided to BD whenever and as much as we could because tracking wasn't helping us. But now I'm stressing over this so I can't win lol. Can you have fertile CM twice in one month?
