Spike lavender OIL?????

Hi, I'm currently suffering from an extremely painful back, I was told to try the Spike lavendar oil in my bath but I haven't bought the 'carrier oil' am i ok to put it in the bath without the carrier oil??

No, you only need to use a carrier oil if you're putting it directly on your skin. The water should be enough to dilute the lavender oil where it won't irritate your skin.

Lavender essential oil?  Yes it's fine.  I used to add it to my bathwater along with Epsom salt.  I stopped with the lavender because my progesterone levels are low and lavender can be a cause.
