Easy meal ideas?

I know once our sweet boy is here things will be changing drastically. My husband and I eat out very often. I'm going to start looking on Pinterest for grocery budgeting. Anyone have any easy and healthy meals they'd like to share??? Preferably freezer friendly :) TIA

I made Cajun chicken pasta today. One pit meal. Olive oil then garlic then add red bell pepper onion and chicken cut into bite size pieces. I used 2 McCormick chicken seasoning (any red colored ones are fine) and added about 2-4 tablespoons plus salt. Add in your pasta with some pasta water and heavy cream. Add salt and any other spices you like such as red crushed pepper. Then add cheese if desired like mozzerella !!

I took 2 bowls myself today it tasted so creamy 🤗

I've been making big meals in my crockpot, like chicken stroganoff and soups, Crock pot roasts. It's good for that night's meal and I usually have enough to freeze for 2 or 3 more meals. Then why I'm too tired to cook I can just defrost one and dinner is done. Pintrest is really helpful.

I have a crockpot we use occasionally. Super easy. My parents also bought me a pressure cooker for Christmas I haven't tried yet. I plan on trying some things in there too.

One of my go to meals is called oh crap chicken. Basically you take 3-4 Frozen chicken breast sprinkle with olive oil and Italian seasoning throw in the over at 425 for 45-60 minutes depending on how thick the breast are. 
Another go to is shepherds pie, brown hamburger, throw in the frozen mixed vegetables, pour into casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes, instant or fresh, sprinkle with cheese throw under the broiler for a minute done. 
Another is porcupines in a skillet. Brown some hamburger, add in a can of tomatoes, mushrooms (fresh or canned), about a 1 1/2 cups of rice and about a cup of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Put in a tortilla with some cheese on top (:

The crock pot is the route to go!!! I swear by mine. I have even made lava cake in my crock pot and it actually turned out really good. Lol

I'm going to start preparing slow cooker freezer meals next week. I'm due March 17, have an almost 3 year old, and a boyfriend who travels a lot for work, so I think these will be a life saver! This site has a lot of recipes and says you can freeze up to 3 months.

I use freezer meals CONSTANTLY. We love doing stirfrys, like beef and brocolli, or chicken and mixed veggies. Soups are really good too! Chicken chili is our favorite! You can literally take them out of the freezer and pop them in the crockpot and done. 👍🏼

Lasagna are great ! They are one of the things I don't mind being re heated and they last forever . Also many varieties (vegetarian, chicken, beef) etc.

My husband just started eating very healthy so what I do to save time is make a pot of boiled veggies and then separate them into containers for the week. Then I prep some meat into separate ziplock bags and freeze them so all I have to do I defrost them and throw them on the pan. Also you can buy microwaveable brown rice with low sodium
