When did you first say to each other that you loved each other?

2 weeks in. Engaged now.

I knew the second I saw him that he was it. I knew he was going to say it 2 days before he did. He gave me his dogtags (marine and army vet) and I knew at that moment it was mutual. A few days later we were outside a bar at my car and he said "i want to tell you something but it isn't the right time." I gave him a necklace I was wearing that meant a lot to me. It was a key and I said "this is the key to my heart." Yes cheesy I know, but the necklace was something I bought at Spencer's gifts when I was single and had it through and entire abusive relationship. He put it on immediately and wore it. A few days later he said the "I Love You" out loud. I am so happy to spend the rest of my life with him.

About 1 or 2 months after we started dating.. There probably could have been a better time to say it but there was one day he was about to leave for work and I was having a really shitty day I get depressed off and on throughout the year and this was one of those days I just really wasn't feeling ok and before he left he gave me a huge hug and looked me in the eyes and said I love you, I said it back of course it really surprised me because we were friends for quite awhile before we got together and I really just didn't see him as the say "I love you" for a long time type of person and to say it first as well I saw him in other relationships over the time we were friends so it made me feel really special and like we had the perfect connection or something and 3 years later here we are married and we have our first little baby lol

When I was in the hospital, before we even started dating! He meant it as more of a friendly thing at first but once we started dating we just kept saying it and the meaning changed. Married 6 months tomorrow 😊😊😘

This sounds sad I know, but after a week. It was an accident but he did mean it just didn't mean to say it so soon haha (We have known each other since elementary school) but we started talking after I got out of a bad relationship and we started hanging out more and all. And we were at his friends house and he was Goin around telling his buddies bye n love you bro and all that and turned around to where I was and was like "I love you" I just stared at him for a few seconds and his face turned really red and I said. Um. Are you sure? I was so baffled I didn't know what else to say haha. His buddies started laughing at him and it was so awkward. Later on that day I was like. I'm sorry that was so awkward. Just figured I'd tell you I do love you as well. Haha. We have been together for almost four years now and 12 weeks pregnant with baby #1 for both of us.
