I got my period today and made my appointment for my baseline ultrasound on Monday for my 4th and I'm assuming last <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.

I do ovulate fine on my own I took letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days and Ovidrel trigger shot for all of them. I really want this next <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> to work do any of you ladies recommend anything that could help my chances. I read that Coenzyme Q10 can help egg quality and my friend recommended taking baby aspirin to help with implantation. I'm not sure about either of these so any I would appreciate any suggestions or advice.
