How long does your baby nap?

How long and how often do your babies nap? My daughter is 14 weeks and sleeps 9pm-7am waking once during the night to eat. During the day she naps for about 40-60 minutes, every hour and a half. We don't do any sort of schedule, she just naturally gets sleepy every 90 minutes. Do other mamas schedule naps or just let baby tell you when they are sleepy?

I don't schedule naps, but I try and make sure she gets one anout two hours before bed, otherwise the whole routine goes haywire...she naturally gets tired every 1.5-2 hours, but will only nap for 20-40 minutes at al time.. she's the queen of cat naps! I did start a bit of a routine with her for bedtime, but the time isn't super strict...I start it between 10 and 11 pm (whenever she starts showing signs of being tired) and she's out within a half hour of starting our nighttime ritual. Even though it seems late This is a huge improvement since she was naturally going to bed between 1am and 2am...she sleeps from 11ish till 5ish, wakes up for a quick feed/change, and goes back down till 10/11am...she LOVES her sleep...well, unless it's for a decent length daytime nap...she sleeps in her crib at night (but refuses to go there first...she likes to fall asleep on her boppy, and I transfer her before I decide to go to bed...I just watch tv or get work done so I'm by her while sleeping in the boppy...) , and her swing/boppy during the day. It's working pretty well for us for now!

My son is the same he naturally just gets sleepy every hour and a half to two hours and I look out for the cues as to when he wants to nap no schedule during the day but I do try and stick to a 9pm bed time unless he's in the middle or just had a nap then it's alil later :)

My baby sleeps from 11pm - 9am. She wakes up once during the night. And usually naps about 3 times.. but only for about 20-30 minutes each nap. I don't know how to make her nap longer. 😩😩😩

13.5 weeks and no real schedule.. my baby girl sleeps all the time it feels like.. lol she will sleep from about 9-10 to around 4am wake to eat and then sleep until about 7:30-8.. then she is usually awake until around 11 eats her "lunch bottle" and sleeps for a couple hours.. wakes to eat around 3:30-4.. eats then and most of the time wants to go back to sleep.. wakes to eat her "dinner bottle" around 6:30-7 and plays until she is hungry again right before going down for the night ❤️ this is MOST days.. occasionally she throws that completely out the window and does whatever she wants lol
