What can you expect at 3 weeks of pregnancy? I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not am I'm wondering what the signs are at this stage?

Like barely any, if you have any at all. Maybe some mood swings and cramps.

I'm 5 weeks but for the last 2/3 weeks I've had sore nipples, back ache and mood swings.
