Itchy!!

Ladies that are or have been pregnant, I need to ask a question. Did you ever get itchy in a specific area for no reason? 
The back of my left thigh has been super itchy the last three days for no reason. The more I scratch the worse it gets and then it burns because I've scratched so much. It's the only place that's itchy
