My baby girl is almost 7 weeks old and has not pooped for a whole week. I exclusively pump and only the very odd time supplement with formula but ever since she stopped pooping she has been on strictly breastmilk. Is this due to a growth spurt? She put on 2 lbs and 2 inches in the last two weeks so maybe she's just using everything I'm giving her and there is nothing left to poop?
