clear blue digital ovulation kit question?

Just purchased the digital ovulation kit.. it doesn't state what time is best to test.. can anybody help pls? Glow predicts my fertile peak will be on Monday I used the opk today and got an empty circle indicating I'm not yet ovulating and glow says today there's only a 10% chance. Any advise will help. Thanks

I use the digital advanced and it says 1st thing after your longest sleep.

How long is your cycle? I started using the Clearblue Digital Advanced and started testing on day 10. My first cycle after coming off the pill was 33 days Clearblue advised testing on day 12 but thought I would test a bit earlier in case my cycle is out of synch. I use first mornings wee, I got 2 days low fertility days and now I'm on my 5th day of high fertility. Haven't reached my peak yet so still testing!
