baby movements lol

So I'm 12 weeks 1 day and I know they say you can't really feel the baby until a little further but I swear the last couple of days Iv been feeling something I don't think it's gas either lol I'm a first time mommy to be so I really know nothing about pregnancy but I'm just wondering has anyone else felt the baby this soon?? Is it possible?
