I'm going to sound crazy for this, but i swear, mangoes increase my milk suppy by double almost. I was pumping or feeding 2-3 oz per breast and niw its more like 5-6. I eat one mango per day. I stopped eating them during a move and supply drastically decreased. Finally got my mouth on a mango today, and i seriously can't feed this baby fast enough to empty, i may just pump a whole gallon today! I know, people say not to eat them because they're either too sweet or too sour, or the sugar content is "too high," but seriously these things are like magic.
