My good friend just had this happen! She went to one of the 4D early reveal places around 15 weeks and was told baby was a boy, at a few of her other ultrasounds they confirmed baby was a boy. Well, baby Connor was born with a vagina 🙈

I've heard of it happening that the techs have mistakes the cord for a penis but I think it's pretty rare. It's more likely for a girl to go to boy then boy to girl.
