This may be a little long I have been working for this company for 4yrs as a server the last 8 months we have had new owners and the place is falling about as I server I only receive cash tips which is about $10-$40 a day and I make 100+ in credit card it goes on my check they take out about 500-700 in taxes before we switched companies we got all of our cash and credit card tip so about 170-300 a day some my income has changed a lot as a server I have yo do all my dishes sometimes work Togo when no one shows up its been times where I have to work Togo server bartender and dish washer no help from any manager and I work in a nice size restaurant like a chilis/Texas roadhouse so I'm quite busy we have two coolers that have been broke 3+ months so everyth is on ice not keeping temp the floor floods so I'm walking through puddles as I work the ice machine barely work and its molding I can just go on and on when is enough enough I love my job but the owners just don't give a crap they promised me a raise in November still haven't got it when I bring it up they said they don't recall the conversation so I pulled up text as proof still nothing I work at 4:30 am when open at 5am that gives me 30 min to set up but I have to do everything night shift Never does like clean stock etc what can I do legally I know this can't be right me n my coworkers are feed up
