hands feet and face swollen?!?

I am 19 weeks and 3 days today and my hands feet and face are super swollen. Think that's where most of my weight has gone, has anyone else had this problem?! What can I do to prevent it a LITTLE bit bc at the rate in going when it's baby time I'm going to be close to a ballon trying to fly away!! Lol!!!

Definitely talk to you doctor, and sooner rather than later. Swelling, esp in your face, can be a sign of preeclampsia. I don't mean to scare you - it might be nothing - but I'd still get it checked out!
