Well the title says it all. I don't have pcos, and I definitely ovulated this month on day 15/16. Anyway, started doing OPKs this month as it really satisfied my poas craving! By the way, whenever I ovulate, I check the next day and OPK is light again. So now I've tested on day 11,12,13 po - glaring positive OPK each day. I've read a lot of people say "I've heard you can have an lh surge before AF" but WHERE did they hear this? On a message board, or via a friend of a friend? Anyone heard this from a doctor? I'm just very curious, people say so many things with real authority on TTC boards - despite having no medical training. I need scientific evidence people! Please 😊 x
