when are you telling your parents?

We haven't told our parents yet or close friends and currently 6+4. when will you start telling people? 👶❤️🙏🏻

We plan to announce to our immediate family at Easter but we told some of our close friends in the mean time. we will be about 13/14 weeks at Easter and we are doing this 💜😊

I told my family the day I found out. And friends throughout the week and social media at 7 weeks 2 days. I couldn't contain my excitement any longer. I'm surprised I lasted this long since I found out at 3 weeks 2 days. 😄

I told my parents and sisters at 6 weeks only to ask for additional prayers as I suffered two MMCs and two CPs last year. With my first, I told them after the 8 week ultrasound then lost her at 10w3d. With my second, I was waiting til the 8 week ultrasound, but got bad news that day. I need all the prayers I can get because if this baby doesn't make it,  we will have to do IVF with PGS which is so so expensive. 🙏🏻🌈👶🏼

Waiting until after my first appointment with the nurse practitioner. I'll be 8 weeks. Won't tell family for a few more weeks and friends after that. I know everyone will be thrilled, but I'm just not ready to tell anyone yet.

I told a couple of my close friends (specifically ones who have had babies) right away because I wanted some people to talk to about it. I'm somewhere between 6-7 weeks. Ultrasound said 5+4 on Thursday (so would be 6 weeks today) but I think it was off a little somehow. We just told my mom and sister this weekend because we were helping them move and I couldn't do too much to help. Won't be telling the rest of the family until after our next ultrasound and we hear everything is okay.

We are telling husbands family at about 7 weeks. I'll tell my parents closer to 12 because I don't know if my mom will hush about it. I'm not big on Facebook and won't be doing any 'media ' announcement per say but will maybe post photos if we do a maternity shoot around 6-7months. I think that will clue people in enough 😄

I'm 6+4 as well and I haven't even told my mother. I fear she'll tell everyone else and ruin the surprise so I'm waiting until we reveal to everyone else around 12 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure what to expect so I want to wait until the first trimester is out of the way.

I found out at 4 weeks. I'm 5 weeks now and plan to tell immediate family within the next few days. We told 2 friends because they were wondering why I wouldn't have a drink with supper on Friday night lol we plan to tell the rest of our friends around 6 or 7 weeks. I'll tell my boss after my first appointment sometime then announce on social media around Easter! I should be about 12 weeks then!
