How many pads/tampons do u use in one month?

Tell me in the comments if you use pads, tampons or an alternative option. I am doing a project about on taxes on these products . Ps no ones names will be used no worries.

I use exactly 21 pads, every month. I don't even count them it just happens

I use the cup, which is honestly the best thing that could have happened to me. Three years ago I switched from using disposable pads to organic, reusable ones which helped me a lot. I found the pain and severe symptoms disappeared almost instantly. Plus, it stopped me getting thrush almost every month from the disposable ones. I did eventually get tired of the feeling of pads, and made the switch to a cup, and haven't looked back since. I would so recommend it to anyone and everyone who has a period.

I've used 12 tampons in about 18 hours. This will usually last for five days then it drops down to like six in a day then two then gone.
