help?!??

I am new to Glow. The Hubby and I have decided to "just see what happens". We have twins that are almost 11. So the baby fever has hit us. I have pcos and had to do fertility treatments to get pregnant. Several years ago I did some research to just help w my period. I found vitex and npc. It helped so much!!! So I've started it again along w bbt charting. It's been a year since I had a full on af. I had a few days of light in maybe Aug. Starting the 10th I did vitex for about a week 1200mg (fri-tues) then progesterone cream for a week 40mg (mon-fri) hoping to get a period. Well nothing happened after about a week off progesterone (sat-Thur) so started vitex 1200mg a day again 3 days ago. I didn't start temping until 3days bc the weekend I don't usually wake up as early. So I started on Mon before doing the cream. My temp was 97.0 which I didn't think anything about bc it's pretty close to my normal from when I temped before. I knew that the progesterone cream may make it higher so I wasn't surprised it stayed around 97+. Then after 3 days off progesterone it dropped and I had major cramps. I figured it af was coming. Like I said NOTHING! 😠 Really wanted to have a clean out cycle before "trying". Well temps stayed consistent until this morning. My temp shot back up! I made the chart like the day I started vitex again as day 1. So I don't know what to think. I don't ever remember vitex causing my temps to jump. What do y'all think?
