Hello!

I (not too long ago) quit my depo provera birth control shot (which I was on for about one year, maybe more) and I am experiencing extreme irregularity. (I quit because I felt I could no longer bear the side effects I was experiencing.)

Like, the shot eliminated my period completely after a while, and I'd like to think my body is just readjusting to being on nothing, but it's really odd.

Okay, so at first after quitting, I continued with no period, then it became spotting, and now I've had two regular/medium periods in February (blood red & one week apart from each other).

That's odd to me. Should I consult my doctor or assume I'm still readjusting?
