So ive been "constipated"(not sure if im constipated) for two weeks now. My lower stomach has a pouch of like belly fat stopping to where my Down there area is. I get a feeling of pressure in my lower abdomen, when i suck in my stomach it hurts my lower abdomen, i only use the bathroom once a day & sometimes not at all & i also feel pressure on my left a right side of my belly button. Can someone tell me whats going on, ive never been constipated so idk how it feels😭
