TTC and need advice

Need your opinion- my period is 3 days late (tested 4 days ago negative) but I've been SO crabby and I have pain when I push my belly button- wondering If i should make a dr appt or pregnant test again Monday if I still haven't gotten period? On Thursday I had terrible period cramps but no blood- I'm confused! Also extreme exhaustion
