Help! I'm only 15 weeks so a baby shower wouldn't be for awhile, but today I got told I should not have a baby shower since this is my second baby (it's my husbands 1st and we were gonna do like a joint party bbq thing), that it's rude to expect people to buy me more stuff when they may have already done so at my first (also only had maybe 7-10 people at my first) I honestly don't "expect" anyone to buy me anything, even if someone couldn't afford to buy something I would just enjoy their presence and be thankful they would come to celebrate our baby. My son is almost 3, I was 16 when I had him and didn't plan on having another anytime soon so a lot of the things that I bought at garage sales and what not I turned around and sold not long after he grew out of them. Thoughts?!
