Guess for fun- boy or girl?

So we are not finding out the sex, because my husband really wants to wait and be surprised. But it's killing me, so I've decided to have fun with it and have fun guessing off as many old wives tales as possible. This is from my 12w ultrasound. Skull theory, nub theory, don't care what you use, just super curious everyone's guess- would also love to hear your reasoning if you have one.
