Stick on nursing pads ???? Low back dress.

Are there any nursing pads that literally stick on and stay in place for low back dresses, that you can't wear a bra with?

I'm pretty sure the lansinoh breast pads are stuck on.

I know there are some that have stickers on the backs to hold them in the bra but they aren't very good stickers. I would buy some double sided tape and just use that.
