Caused by UTI or Yeast Infection? (TMI PIC)

It kinda looks like cottage cheese, it smells a little bad..
I constantly get UTI's so idk if it could be bc of that.. does this look like a yeast infection?
I've been tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea both came back negative.. I've only had sex with 2 people my ex (which was like 4 years ago) and my current bf (and ik he doesn't cheat)
My vagina doesnt itch, only sometimes.. it doesn't hurt or nothing else.
