every thing happened so fast 😞

On December last year I had a miscarriage, then on February found out I was pregnant again I'm 6 weeks and 6 days today, but I still have brown discharged. Went to the ER three times already and they did an ultrasound, the doctor told me they could not hear any baby cardiac activity that I lost my baby. They drawn blood to see if my hormones are still up. Does anyone have been in this situation? I'm so sad 😭.
