Evening Primrose oil
I bought some day after AF and started taking it. Now I am spotting but it is brown and nothing heavy. I am taking it to hopefully increase cm because I don't have hardly any. My cycle is pretty normal. Has evening Primrose oil caused anyone else to spot mid-cycle? I should be getting ready to ovulate but I'm afraid it may stop ovulation. Pls answer...
