Daddy issues with my first baby
I thought I'd share my story of what went down with the biological father of my first born. When I first started showing symptoms of pregnancy I pretty obviously didn't say 'Hey I think I'm pregnant,' I just took a test to make sure I was before I said anything. Anyways after taking the test and it coming out positive I phoned him and broke the news to him. Shittiest way to do it but I wasn't in my home town at this point and urgently needed to tell him. We decided to meet up and before I could even great him he came out with "You should have an abortion". I at that point wasn't in the right frame of mind the make a decision so I told him it was something I needed to think into. When I went back home I got afew inboxes on Facebook from his friends saying that I should just get an abortion cause it would ruin his life ect ect. Safe to say I was PISSED. I had only just found out and he was telling everyone like DUDE! We ended up arguing and we ended up calling each other every bad name under the sun. He was in two minds as to if we should be in a relationship but after telling his mum I was pregnant they had convinced him that the baby might not be his and that he should wait to be in a relationship with anyone. There isn't anyone else who could be the father 😒. His dad was calling me a slag ect and blaiming this all on me. Takes two to tango mate. Anyways during this time I had met the person who I'm with now and we were getting on great. He taught me that I shouldn't wait around for my daughters father to decided whether he wants to be in her life and stopped fighting. My partner was there through the entire pregnancy and supports us all 100%. My daughter calls him daddy and loves him so much and I'm so thankful that we met. He said he would stand by me through anything and he's kept to his word 🙏🏻
Detail- I chose to continue on the pregnancy because it's what I wanted and I understand that there are so many people out there who are TTC or are unable to all together. She's my light that guides me home. She's the one that saved me from myself 💞
