Do you feel other movements? If you don't feel any movement, definitely go to L&D asap.

Kick counts for after 28 weeks: you should feel ten movements in an hour. Movement is any tap, bump, roll, poke... it doesn't always have to be large kicks. Drink something cold, somthing sugary is best, and lay on your left side and count. If you get to ten, stop counting. If an hour passes and you have not reached ten, call L&D

To be honest, it totally depends on the baby. If at 30 weeks it felt like this baby was swinging from your ribs and kickboxing with your bladder, to now feeling nothing- I would contact your care provider and ask them to do a biophysical-profile, or an AAT (the first is a test which includes an ultrasound, the second only requires a fetoscope and someone charting Babe's heartrate for 3-6 minutes).
If you've never felt like this baby was super active and you're still feeling that way, chances are everything is totally fine. It can put your mind at ease to sit down and intentionally wait to feel your baby move, but it's not necessary unless your care provider indicates so.

Do you feel anything at all? Do you have a posterior or anterior placenta? Is your dr concerned? We're you feeling movement up until now, or have you not felt anything all along?

Each pregnancy is different. For me if was normal. She went from being active to hardly any movement.  Dr ruled out anything bad by just saying Baby is getting bigger,rooms getting smaller so sometimes it causes baby to be less active.
