Stepsons behavior

Hey ladies

My stepson has adhd hes on aderale. ( i forgot how to spell it ) and has stereotypic movement disorder...

Lately hes been super snippy his sister will ask him a question and he will flip out. We have to tell him to do something 4 5 times

Hes 11.

Well we had a baby 6 months ago and we have a set schedule. Mon tues wed with us than Thurs fri sat sun and mon. With their mom. Had been the set schedule for a year and some days we have them for 3 hrs on their moms day due to her job.

Well their mom and step-dad had his atrention span and attitude had been horrible with them to the last 3 weeks. If i say it to my bf everything they do wrong at their house is

" they dont wanna be there " " they dont like it there " but its like they always are like yay when we bring them. No matter the problem those are his answers.

I know when i tell him what they just told me ab him those will be his answer.

Its so frustating. Also everything they do wrong here or not listening to me is " they are kids "

Advice ??
