what does implantation cramps feel like?

I'm having odd twinges, like pinching pains quite low down. 5 days till period due? 
Can anyone tell me what their implantation cramps were like and where they felt them?

Both times I felt 3-4 sharp slight pains. Nothing like a period pain. Maybe 30 seconds long for all 3 combined. And then I knew I was pregnant. It was the weirdest feeling.
