always bleeding

So I got the depo-shot in January. I feel like I bleed all the time now. Even if it's just a little. I don't know what to consider my period because I get cramps and bleed quite often these days. I miss regular discharge. I hate that I can't even have spontaneous sex with my boyfriend because I have to worry if I'm bleeding and will it stain whatever we're doing it in. It's so annoying.
