alkalinity of amniotic fluid

I was told that I could use test strips that are normally used for fish tanks to test if something was amniotic fluid or pee. I keep leaking and so far it's just been pee.. joy. By today I noticed drops across the bathroom floor and i tested with a strip. It instantly turned dark dark blue on the alkalinity line. No other symptoms, just still leaking a tiny bit. Any advice or help from anyone? It's the second to bottom box. Also a really high ph I believe(test on the left).
