Would you want your SO to save you or your unborn child?

Question

Me and my MIL got into a diss agreement about this and my husband is on my side. If for some ungodly reason something happened to me while I was pregnant and he had to chose one(I don't know why but that's how it's working hypothetically) I would like myself to be saved. We can always have another child if something were to happen but I just want to know talks opinions about it.

Uhhh..yeah. This is a hypothetical situation that's definetly been talked about w/ my s.o & I. Personally, I'd want him to save the baby. But he's told me multiple times that if he had to choose, he'd save me. His reasoning was "I can live without a baby.. I can't live without you." Aw ❤
But still, you better save my fucking baby.

I would want him to save me... if it was between me and my daughter that is already here then there would be no question and i would want him to save her... but i dont count it as my baby yet i know some people bond with their  bump as soon as they are pregnant but thats not me... as soon as this bump turns into a baby it would be different but right now if anything happened i would want to be around for my daughter that is here.

I told my husband if we were in a situation like this, save our baby. God gave us a child to be born because He has a plan for the baby, we all have a plan and I believe that if this was in the cards for me, to sacrifice myself for my child if this situation ever arose was all apart of His plan.

If it's an unborn child save me. We can ttc and have another child. My two younger kids can't have another mother. So he better save me. Now if it came to my two living kids then save them.

My personal answer would be to save my baby because it's my natural instinct to save my children, I wouldn't sacrifice my son for myself. I think how far along I was and the chance for survival of said baby would have a lot to do with it. My husband would want to save me tho. I do have another child and he would want to save his mother.

No doubt about it, I'd rather my child be saved. Kinda sad thinking how I'd never get to meet her but I don't think I could live knowing I was saved over her. I love her so much.
