Mirena is ruining my life!

Ok so i got my Mirena 2 years ago February 12. Since then everything has been growing. My tummy, my boob's, and tons of unwanted facial hair. Like sideburns and all down my neck. And since I got it, just about every single night I've had horrible cramping and spotting. I went to one gyno about a year ago and just laughed at me when I told her what was going on. She told me she wouldn't take it out and wanted to fix my problems without removing it. So I never went back. I've developed the worst anxiety about leaving my house because I hate the way I look. I known could wax, and I normally do, but that hurts. Even after waxing the hair grows right back the next day. I seriously want to just pull this thing out myself. What do I do?! I don't want to go to another doctor just to go through the same horrible experience all over again. 😭😭😭💔💔

Edit: I got Mirena removed Tuesday and it was instant relief. I feel 1000 times better!
