I'm Over 2 Months Late With My Menstrual Cycle ( LMP 12.24.16 ) I've Had Symptoms , Spotting Both Months ..  First Was Negative Second 2 Weeks Later Faint 3rd Neg. So Now I Guess Im Just Way Too Scared To Test Again I Think Its Just My Discouragement Of Another Negative Test Plus Not Understanding What Could/Is Possibly Wrong With Me .. Am I Over Exaggerating ?

Hmm, are you certain you saw a line on the second test? Because there's no such thing as a false postitive. The test is designed to pick up a hormone in your body that's only present during pregnancy, so you may be pregnant if you're sure that second line was there. Did the spotting occur at random times both months, or at around your period times? It could be changes in your body causing a very light period. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor
