Yeast infection?

I get yeast infections pretty frequently, usually a couple of times a year. I never go to the doctor for them because they're easy for me to treat at home. And I don't like to purchase over the counter creams for them.
I've been feeling like I have a yeast infection now, but it's a little different. I'm itchy, but it's more like my actual vulva that's itchy, not my vagina. And I don't have any weird or smelly discharge, really no discharge at all. Also my normal home remedies (coconut oil or Greek yogurt suppositories, etc) are not working. The itching won't go away and it's been about 5 days!
I guess this could be an STI, but again I have no abnormal discharge. Any other ideas as to what this could be? Or do you think it's probably just a yeast infection? Any other home remedies you use to treat yeast infections?

I would go see your lady bits doctor if you have one! Or just your regular doc, its never a bad idea to get tested. Ive had yeast infection like that where it was just my outer skin that itched, I cut sugar and processed dairy from my diet for two weeks and it was gone the first few days. I kept going to make sure its okay. If you have a lot of sugar in your diet, you are so, so, so prone to get more yeast infections!!! Def cut out sugars. I also started using essential oils and natural supplements rather than medications/prescriptions and thats helped a lot more, I just feel healthier. I didnt really believe the whole therapeutic essential oil benefits until I stopped using the store bought ones and actually found high quality oils.
