Tampon brands?

Okay so I'm thinking about switching over to tampons since pads gross me out but I have no idea what brand or type to get. Can I get some opinions on which brands have best quality?

I like playtex .. It holds it all, comfortable applicator,    easy to use, I used pads for the first month and been using tampons since 20+ years.

I like plastic applicators. Generally I prefer playtex sport and tampax pearl

My struggle !!! I hate feeling the gush of blood, I wear tampons and then a pad under but I just want to use tampons and a pantiliner maybe but I haven't found one that works with my heavy as flow

Tampax is the best because Playtex is too short and tampax had the braid that stops leaks.

I have used playtex sport since the day I started using tampons! I highly suggest plastic over cardboard applicators but everyone is different!
