Im scared.. help me..

im 17, my boyfriend and i have been together for about a year now, weve had sex just a few times, we used a condom each time. my period has been off for like 8 months. sometimes its two weeks apart sometimes its 3 weeks apart. this time it has been a month and a few days. according to this app it is 8 days late. im scared and i don't know what to do, who to talk to, how to talk to anyone about this. is it possible that the condom broke? or something i dont know.
