Had my first OB appt a week ago. She didn't look for heartbeat, so my husband was bummed. This is his first baby, my 3rd. Doctor said it was too soon to be able to hear the heartbeat. When she did pelvic exam, she suspected me to be approximately 8 weeks...earlier than I expected. Ordered for an ultrasound in a week or two. We got a ultrasound a week later and results were 11 weeks and 2 days! Heartbeat is 170 bpm. So excited! Due date is September 12th!
