bleeding during sex

I've been having sex with the same guy for awhile. We had sex in may and then recently re connected and started having sex again. The second time we had sex I started to bleed, it wasn't painful for me and I wasn't anywhere close to being on my period. I didn't think to much about it but we had sex again yesterday and I starte to bleed a little but nothing bad. Should I be worried?
