Getting on Birth Control

I'm 16 and sexually active with my boyfriend. We use condoms, but still have had a pregnancy scare because the condom broke. I really don't want that to happen again but I can't ask my mom to put me on birth control because she's very religious. Does anyone know where I could go to get birth control other than a planned parenthood (there isn't one near me)? Can I go to a doctor without using my insurance (so my parents can't find out)? Thanks!
