SOS DOCTORS HELP

so i'm going to get my physical tomorrow and i don't know if i should tell my doctor i'm sexually active. my mother won't be there so it would be a good oppurtunity but can they still tell my parents (i live in washington) i'm kinda scared to tell my mom but i think i need to get on the pill, can doctors help with that without letting parents know??
