Best birth control while breastfeeding?

I'm heading to the doctor Wednesday for my 6 week appointment. Which birth control do you guys prefer? I was on the pill prior to getting pregnant, and it was fine. I like the idea of the iud because I am not planning on getting pregnant again any time soon (maybe ever) but the idea of having something inside of me freaks me out!

We're just doing condoms 🙄 Hubby was so pissed going to the store to buy them 😝 but I've never had luck with anything but the pill and I'm not really looking to experiment so I'll just wait it out. 😑

Well my doctor told me if your breastfeeding you can't take the pill .. that there is only 1 kind of pill you can take .. so I'm going with the iud.. I refuse to get the depo shot and those were the only options
